Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Associate to support the daily
operations of the Tax Department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the quarterly corporate income tax provision process and
preparation of various tax returns
Support accurate month-end close procedures and respond to IRS and
state notices
Drive continuous improvement efforts and maintain accurate
accounting files and records
Required Qualifications
1+ years of public or corporate tax experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA eligible preferred
Experience in healthcare, public company, or public accounting is a
plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or large ERP systems is
advantageous
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced SOX compliant
environment
