Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Accounting Systems Analyst to
join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements and automation
opportunities across financial systems
Manage the preparation of financial reporting packages and assist
with variance analyses
Provide support for financial systems, lead enhancement projects,
and ensure data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or
related field
CPA preferred; experience at a Big Four Firm is a plus
5+ years of experience in accounting systems analysis or financial
systems administration
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite,
FloQast, Zuora, Airbase, and Adaptive
Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance within
financial systems
