Job Description:
HR Assistant
In need of hard working candidate who?s willing to take on a lot of
responsibility. Great Aerospace Company offering stabile
environment and great benefits. $19hr, M-F, 9-5.
Responsibilities include:
-Preparing reports for employment records, filing reemployment
records and searching employee files and furnishing information to
authorize persons.
-Assisting HR Manager.
-Various administrative duties
-Compiling and keeping personnel records
-Recording data for each employee, such as address, weekly
earnings, amount of sales or production, supervising reports, and
date and reason for termination.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 yrs experience
-Great computer skills including Excel
-Great time management and multi tasking skills
-Be able to communicate and exist in a professional environment
