Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Lead to
join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee group consolidation and balance sheet reporting for 20+
international entities
Lead the preparation of consolidated US GAAP/IFRS financial
statements and relevant disclosures
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate
financial reporting
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with US GAAP and public SEC reporting
Expert knowledge of financial statements and accounting
principles
Experience managing financial audits, preferably from Big 4
firms
Working experience with financial reporting and consolidation
tools
CPA license strongly preferred
