Pape’ Team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Service Coordinator, you will be
in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a
great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced
at Pape’. As a Service Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic,
multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great
experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at
Pape’. You will be responsible for managing the daily flow of work
in and out of the shop service department. Key duties include
assigning shop repairs, creating and following up on repair quotes,
invoicing shop repairs and delivering exceptional customer service
via phone and email. You will also support the Shop Lead in
coordinating both customer and internal repairs. To succeed in this
role, you should be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced
environment, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the
team. WHAT YOU NEED: Excellent computer skills including Word,
Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer
systems. Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to thrive in a team. Experience working directly with
customers and knowledge of the material handling market are
preferred. Compensation: $26-32/hr (Depending on Experience) Why
