Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an
elementary school in Oceanside, CA, supporting K-8th grade
students. This contract role is to cover a leave of absence,
offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic
educational environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing
comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized
therapy to students in grades K-8. Collaborating with teachers and
school staff to support students communication needs. Documenting
progress and maintaining compliance with educational and clinical
standards. Participating in meetings with parents and educational
teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Qualifications: Current California license and Credentialed
Teacher Certificate (CTC) in Special Education or related area.
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Previous experience working in
school settings, specifically supporting elementary through middle
school aged children. Strong knowledge of speech and language
development and disorders relevant to the K-8 population. This
