Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Special
Education Teacher experienced in supporting students across various
grade levels including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and
High School settings. This position is located in Wilmington, DE,
offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on diverse
learners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique
learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers,
support staff, and families to support student growth and success.
Employ evidence-based instructional strategies and assistive

and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Maintain thorough
documentation and communication regarding student performance and
behavioral observations. Qualifications: Certification or licensure
in Special Education. Experience teaching special education
students in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, or High School
environments. Strong understanding of special education regulations
and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom
