Key Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor a high-performing software engineering team
Lead the development of frontend and backend solutions for digital
products
Manage resource allocation and influence product strategy to meet
growth targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering leadership experience
Proven track record of delivering complex digital products at
scale
Strong understanding of modern web and mobile development
technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development
lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or
equivalent experience)
