Job Description:
As the Trip Services Digital and Operations Integration Manager,
you will partner with internal and external vendors advancing
seamless Guest experience strategies, provide expertise while
building brand equity. You will manage departmental communication
assets and on the job training tools.You will report to Manager -
Trip Services Digital Strategy and Operations Responsibilities/You
Will:
- Work with Manager-Trip Services to develop and maintain annual
budget and monthly forecasts
- Provide timely and effective communication plans when
partnering with stakeholders
- Proactively identify and address emerging issues and mitigating
potential impacts
- Consultant and influence business partners to understand
needs
- Support marketing and social media projects to ensure expanded
social media footprint
- Drive digital initiatives to positively affect Guest and On
Trip Staff experience
- Manage design and maintenance of slideshow and other digital
collateral to be used by On Trip Staff
- Working with Manager-Trip Services to project lead creative
design and content for itinerary handbooks for every destination,
ad hoc requests for specialty trips and holiday departures
- Project managing the concept and content development of the pin
collection and gift/amenities
- Manage concept, inventory, ordering, shipping details, and
vendor relationships with fulfillment partners for product lines,
On Trip Staff equipment, costumes/staff gear, collateral and
supplies
- Conduct quality assurance checks of equipment, determining
needs based on usage, partnering with fulfillment partners when
shifting items from offices to warehouses
- Design and facilitate Trips Services related training materials
and presentations; developing and maintaining On Trip Staff and
Management level job aids, standard operating procedures, and
presentations to ensure accurate procedures are performed
- Be the subject matter expert and occasionally Manager on Duty
when On Trip Staff needs guidance about company provided equipment,
collateral and supplies
- Participate in business and department meetings, check-ins &
one on one
- Meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Basic Qualifications/You Will Have
- Basic knowledge of Operations
- Planning, logistics and project management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve without
supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MAC OS Preferred
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of SAP and Casual Buyer responsibilities
- Retail or merchandising experience
- 2 or more years of Operations experience Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
