A company is looking for a Vice President of Global Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute sales
strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Lead the global sales organization to exceed revenue goals and
maintain profitability across regions
Build and motivate a high-performing global sales team while
fostering strong customer relationships
Qualifications and Expertise
Minimum of 15 years in senior sales roles, with at least 10 years
in a leadership position
Experience in navigating complex international markets, preferably
with time spent in Asia
Expertise in OEM and distribution sales, with a focus on optimizing
channels
Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L
dynamics
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,
Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
