and optimize email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to design and execute email
marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize nurture programs to convert leads with
personalized messaging
Analyze and report on email campaign performance to provide
actionable insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in email marketing or marketing
operations
Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Marketo, and email marketing
platforms
Strong understanding of email analytics, A/B testing, and
performance reporting
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and
proactivity
Ability to manage several fast-paced projects simultaneously
