Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer technical sales training programs for direct
and indirect sales channels
Facilitate engaging training sessions to enhance product delivery
and customer experience
Assess training effectiveness and make adjustments to optimize
learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with 12 years of experience or a bachelor's degree
with 8 years of experience in solar and battery sales/training
Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results
Ability to influence effectively and work cross-functionally
Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
Customer-centric mindset with a capability to thrive in high-growth
environments
