Responsibilities:

• Be a coffee & tea expert: Share your passion after training, providing a Total Quality Experience.
  
• Generate new guests: Engage with guests who visit our store, the primary point of first contact.
  
• Care about safety: Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.
  
• Contribute: Support store profitability by tracking sales, overseeing daily operations, and risk management.
  
• Be Creative: Use visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences.
  
• Be an advocate: Build the store presence by connecting with the local community.
  
• Be a Mentor: The General Manager mentors staff, sharing knowledge and embodying company values.
