Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Global Category Manager
specializing in Environmental Sustainability and Renewable
Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global procurement strategy for renewable
energy aligned with sustainability goals
Lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and establish
Supplier Relationship Management programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainability
initiatives and monitor procurement KPIs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related
field
10+ years of strategic and operational procurement experience,
preferably in a regulated industry
Experience in environmental compliance and EHS risk management
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Industry certifications such as CIPS or Certified Energy
Procurement Professional (CEP) are preferred
