Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue
management for vacation rental listings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage revenue generation for listings within the assigned region,
ensuring optimal income
Develop and implement annual revenue strategies to optimize
portfolio revenue
Analyze market trends to drive bookings and maintain listing
success
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pricing and/or revenue management
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business
Administration, Finance, or relevant experience
Ability to make data-driven decisions while considering customer
and stakeholder sentiment
Working knowledge of business intelligence software such as
Tableau, Excel, or SQL
Creative thinker with a drive for incremental gains and effective
risk management
