A company is looking for a Director of Donor Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts for special events and ensure revenue goal achievement
through donor relationship management
Develop and cultivate a diversified revenue portfolio by
identifying corporate partners and securing new prospects
Engage and recruit volunteer leaders to support fundraising and
mission impact goals
Required Qualifications
Proven success in cultivating and securing major gifts and
corporate partnerships
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors
and communities
Experience in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer
leaders
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to
motivate staff
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
