Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Test Manager to lead advanced
testing and analysis efforts across the software development
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage software issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
for internal and external clients
Define and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy,
including scope, resource alignment, and SME coordination
Lead defect triage sessions, manage defect tracking,
prioritization, and resolution
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience creating and executing detailed system and
performance test plans across complex IT projects
Proven experience with performance testing and monitoring using
tools such as JMeter and JProfiler
Hands-on expertise with test automation tools like JUnit, Selenium,
and Microfocus UFT
Solid background in unit testing frameworks and continuous
integration environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional testing teams,
including scheduling, mentoring, and performance oversight
