Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Loyalty
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Voyager Alliance program, ensuring alignment with business
objectives
Manage complex stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration
and meet deadlines
Develop metrics and data strategies to measure partner success and
enhance their growth
Required Qualifications
B.S./B.A. degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
At least three (3) years of leadership experience in customer
experience functions
Experience in launching and managing customer loyalty or rewards
programs
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix
environment
Experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping
