Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to
oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety
protocols across assigned sites
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance
equipment reliability
Manage maintenance operations across multiple delivery stations and
coordinate communication between site teams and regional
leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and
multi-site operations
Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on
electrical and mechanical equipment
Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant
management experience (preferred)
Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP,
PMP) is a plus
