Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Management and Productivity
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate financial and metric reporting, system labor
benchmarking, and productivity reporting
Develop metric and benchmark scorecards, trend reports, and
dashboards for Finance Partner and Operations Administrator
needs
Collaborate with various teams to educate operations management on
financial and productivity metrics and to support performance
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience (Required)
Minimum of 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience
(Required)
Expertise in enterprise physician and non-physician productivity
benchmarking tools
Experience with enterprise management and productivity reporting
software
