A company is looking for a Senior GTM Leadership Development
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable leadership development experiences for
GTM leaders globally
Apply certified coaching methodologies to support leader
development through various learning formats
Manage the lifecycle of leadership development initiatives,
including needs assessment and content development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, enablement, or
leadership development
Proven experience as a sales leader with a strong understanding of
GTM functions
Certified coach (ICF or equivalent) with demonstrated coaching
experience
Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and
virtual formats
Exceptional program design and project management capabilities
