A company is looking for a Director of Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Due Diligence
department
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Due Diligence team
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and efficient
workflow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree
preferred
8+ years of experience in due diligence or risk management
5+ years of experience in team management and development
Extensive knowledge of due diligence best practices and
regulations
Experience in vendor management and budget oversight
