Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead
software and data solution implementations for enterprise
healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations, coordinating cross-functional
teams to align with customer workflows
Serve as the primary customer contact, managing project plans,
communications, and go-live readiness
Create and deliver customized onboarding and training experiences
to ensure high adoption and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in software implementation or customer
success in healthcare technology
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive
collaboration and meet deadlines
Experience creating scalable training materials and onboarding
programs
Confidence navigating ambiguity and structuring new processes
Ability to work independently with a bias for action and
accountability
