A company is looking for a Tutoring Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and employees
regarding operations, including scheduling and billing
Conduct learning profile assessments and maintain positive
relationships with families and community members
Prepare reports, attend meetings, and support marketing events and
special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced office
environment
Experience managing a successful learning center
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work
independently
Comfortable with technology platforms such as G Suite and Microsoft
Office
