Company:Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.Job Area:Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Business DevelopmentGeneral Summary:Based in San Diego, underpin the effort of the regional teams to drive QC business across BUs in global regions.Support the global region business needs from San Diego working closely with regional teams and functional groups (e.g; finance, marketing, legal, product management) in San Diego.Work with finance to support pricing for global customersWork with product management in San Diego and regional teams on defining the QCT future product roadmap based on market trend and customers needs and support to promote Qualcomm solutions to customersWork with marketing, regional teams to develop proper marketing strategies, execution plans for customer product launch and marketing/promotion support.Work with the multiple BUs and business development teams in San Diego to drive more business initiatives and opportunities in global regions.Support to align corporate and regional business priorities, strategies and execution plansWork with regional teams to explore cross regional business collaboration opportunitiesConsolidate regional team's data and analyze them to provide insights and recommendations to executives, BUs and functional groups in San DiegoManage full transparency and free communication between the regional teams and San Diego and vice versaWork with regional and HQ teams to craft strategic business deals to grow the business with the customersEffectively communicate business decisions and progress to the customer executives, as well as internal execs.Drive customer meetings and engagements with regional customers, including executive level meetingsMinimum QualificationsRequired 5+ years' experience with the following:- Sales/business development experience in wireless telecom or related industry experience.Preferred Qualifications- Solid communication skills with good understanding of business objectives of the region and BU objectives- Good analytical skills to do some level of financial analysis and modeling.- Strong briefing development and presentation skills.- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders.- Prior Qualcomm work experienceEducation Requirements
