Herald Christian Health Center- City of Industry Full Time Hours: 4 or 5 day work week; 4 hours dedicated admin time per week / 10% admin time per 40 hour week Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 20-22 Sign-On Bonus: $5000 Compensation: $216,000 - $232,000 Base Salary plus Bonuses Benefits: - Full Benefits package includes: - Medical; 100% of the cost paid by HCHC- Choice of medical plans- Choice of dental plans- Life- 401k with matching- 457(b) retirement plan with no waiting period- Sick, vacation, and holidays- Birthday holiday- CME allowance and time off- Malpractice Additional Info: - Herald Christian Health Center, a community health center with about 180 employees, is actively seeking a family practice physician, to serve our patients at our City of Industry clinic.- You will work alongside a mix of primary care physicians and advanced practitioners. Our health center employs 25 providers.- The mission of HCHC is to provide quality and affordable holistic healthcare to the low-income, the uninsured, and the medically indigent among the population of San Diego and San Gabriel Valley.- HCHC patient population is comprised mainly of limited English proficient immigrants from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Taiwan.Qualifications: - Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese required.Clinic Hours: - Tue, Wed, Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm- Thu 9 am - 5:30 pm- Sat 8 am - 4:30 pm
