What You'll Do:

• Assess and evaluate children's mobility, strength, and motor skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's functional needs.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve movement, balance, and coordination.
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term success.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care. What We're Looking For:
  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (New Grads Welcome!)
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in California.
  • Purpose-driven mindset-you care about the work you do and the impact you make.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills-we believe in teamwork!
  • Comfort with electronic health records (EHRs) and documentation. Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience working with children with special needs.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
