A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN, HouseCalls -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on
referral-related issues
Assist members in scheduling appointments with Primary Care
Providers and refer to internal departments as needed
Provide patient education and gather clinical information during
calls while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of
residence
3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare
setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work in a production-driven environment
Access to a distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet
