A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service - Sr.
Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote company services,
focusing on eligibility screening for government assistance
programs
Interview patients to gather personal and sensitive information for
eligibility determination
Compile and evaluate personal and financial data while ensuring
compliance with information security policies
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a customer service or call center
environment
Associate's Degree preferred
Experience working remotely with a private, quiet workspace
Strong data entry skills
Ability to manage difficult interactions and demonstrate
compassion
