Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Strategy and Client Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support client relationships and manage client retention
efforts
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to sales and
service
Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to enhance business
performance
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of analytical or sales support experience,
preferably in stop loss or healthcare
Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months
Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and
Excel
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet
deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
