Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team
dedicated to improving the lives of individuals recovering from
brain injuries. This remote position involves working closely with
clients, their families, and clinicians as part of a holistic,
in-home, and community rehabilitation program. The ideal candidate
will bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by brain
injury survivors and the ability to develop and implement effective
strategies to support their recovery and long-term well-being. Role
Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mental Health
Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) at NeuroPraxis. The Menath Health
Therapist will be responsible for providing relationship
counseling, family therapy, and mental health services to
individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries. Day-to-day tasks
include conducting counseling sessions, developing treatment plans,
and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams remotely.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy,
Counseling, or a related field. Active LMFT, LCSW, APC license in
good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with
individuals with brain injuries, neurorehabilitation, or related
fields preferred. Strong understanding of the psychological,
emotional, and social impacts of brain injuries. Experience with
telehealth platforms and remote counseling services. Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to
work independently while being an integral part of a
multidisciplinary team. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with
community resources and support networks for brain injury
survivors. Experience providing caregiver or family counseling.
Proficiency in developing and conducting training or educational
workshops. Work Environment: This is a fully remote position,
