Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated
annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits) *
$40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists * $50-$75/hour for
Doctoral Level Therapists Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2
Part-Time Employee; Exempt Schedule: Build your own schedule -
office hours include: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; Saturdays 9am-1pm
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of La Mesa, CA Role
Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality
outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload,
delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation
accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive
clinical team. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct
assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized
treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples
outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming
and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical
documentation Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of
approximately 5–6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week
required Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately
3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings
as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements,
and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation :
Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly $40-$60/hour for Master's
Level Therapists $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists

only to full-time W-2 Employees Requirements: Licensed Therapist
Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist
(PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California (Active &
Registered with BBS/BOP) Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology,
Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related
field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT,
DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort
using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting
psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents,
trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice
