Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Occupancy Planning Lead to
manage space and occupancy planning for a global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Direct overall planning and development of spatial activities and
manage current projects
Prepare operational presentations and reports, and conduct meetings
with stakeholders
Coach the team in effective space planning solutions and oversee
project activities
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CAFM
software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions
and recommendations
Experience in architectural and engineering concepts and design
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external
partners
