This is an important role focused on creating innovative and scaling processes. Experience in warehouse operations and management is a plus. You will have operational oversight of systems, programs, and policies.What you'll be doing:Develop and implement HR operational processes and best practices across the companyPlan and drive the people analytics to ensure the leadership team has real-time insights to effectively run their organizationDesign and implement performance management with alignment to culture and valuesDrive the reward strategy ensuring internal equity and market competitivenessManage compensation benchmarking efforts and lead compensation programsCreate career progression and professional development programsParticipate actively with reviewing compliance requirementsOversee the management and administration of company benefitsChampion for company values and foster a positive and engaged workforceLead special projects as necessaryBuilding out the HR department--you can set the pace and tone of the dept!What you have:10+ years of Human Resources experience5+ years of leadership management experienceBA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related fields a plusExperience in HR/Recruiting systems and scaling processesStrong background in designing total compensation rewardsWarehouse operations and management experience a plusCompensation programs experience is a mustResults-oriented with high integrityExperienced people manager and growing a teamAbility to influence and communicate effectivelyData-driven with the ability to connect business needs with HR metricsDetail-oriented and execution focusedCompliance and Regulatory knowledgeAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentNice to have:Public company experience as a leader in HR function is a strong plusHRCI, SHRM, or CCP certifications is a plusInterested in hearing more?
