Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provides legal counsel on contract compliance, confidentiality, and
associated costs for business leaders
Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, ensuring favorable
terms for the business
Advises on legal risks during mergers and acquisitions and serves
as a liaison during litigation
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree
License to practice law in Ohio or an active bar license in another
state
At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in commercial
contracting for healthcare providers
Knowledge of healthcare laws, particularly the Anti-Kickback
Statute, is strongly preferred
