Job Description Job Description Personal Injury Attorney Career Consulting Partners has formed a strategic alliance with a thriving personal injury law firm comprising more than 15 skilled attorneys who consistently secure millions of dollars in settlements every month. We are searching for a Litigation Attorney to work out of our office in the Central LA area between Beverly Hills and the Mid-Wilshire area. You will manage a diverse range of injury cases, including but not limited to slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice claims, cases involving drunk driving accidents, wrongful death claims, and matters related to workers' compensation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Take over cases after filing and manage them through resolution or trial Draft and argue motions, including MSJs, MILs, and other substantive pleadings Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses Attend mediations, MSCs, court hearings, and trials as needed Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and economists Develop trial strategy and participate in voir dire, opening statements, examinations, and closings Maintain detailed case files and adhere to litigation timelines and deadlines Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, co-counsel, and court personnel QUALIFICATIONS: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing 3–5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Strong courtroom and deposition skills with a track record of successful case outcomes Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a robust litigation caseload independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Trial experience (first- or second-chair) is a major plus but not required.
