he Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Newegg is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for incoming talent from candidate selection to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be driven and self-motivated, a true self-starter with a strong desire to provide insights and direction to HR partners and business leaders to ensure Newegg attracts the right talent to achieve business goals. The TABP will design, plan and execute the Newegg candidate selection process. They will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure the timely achievement of all staffing goals. The TABP will consult with hiring managers throughout the search process to provide timely updates, facilitate debrief discussions, and influence selection appropriately. The TABP will partner with business leaders to ensure a consistent candidate experience.Newegg is an equal opportunity employer. Use and leverage tools given Communicate and maintain relationship with hiring managers Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of talent for all business units Reporting: Maintain and update metrics, and general updates as reqs being worked on Provide updates as needed to hiring managers, leaders Initiate and maintain relationships with outside sources (employment agencies, employment related search engines such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor) Possess a BA/BS degree in a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for the required education. Have 3+ years of experience in the full-cycle Talent Acquisition field required Must be able to work independently, remain organized and have strong attention to detail Comfortable contributing to the team environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality is a must Highly organized, extremely detailed oriented and ability to execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in salary negotiation and closing candidates required Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) applications required Strong customer service and communication skillssupervisorrole : None Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines. Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.Work Environment : Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazardsEquipment Used : Standard office and computer equipment including MSOffice software, computer and telephone.Language Skills : Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Bilingual Mandarin is a plus.Travel Requirements : Travel is not required for this position.
