Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. We offer a great opportunity to further develop your accounting knowledge. Duties include: --- Create invoices and issue to customers in a timely manner --- Apply payments and keep the aging report updated --- Research discrepancies and file chargebacks --- Bank reconciliations and journal entries in the general ledger --- Assist with month end close, audits, and financial statements --- Other special projects or duties as assigned Qualifications: --- 1+ year of experience in Accounting --- Degree in Accounting or related field --- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred --- Experience in the logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries preferred --- Intermediate to advanced Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, etc.) --- ERP software experience highly preferred Please submit your resume today as we are urgently looking!
