We are The Eye Doctors' #1 Choice -. -This position is primarily responsible for all phone calls, incoming and outgoing in the Rowland Heights clinic. This position will require a high-level attention to detail and follow-up. - - -

• Answer phones all phone call from ads of incoming new patients
• Return phone calls of all missed incoming calls or voicemail.
• Check all messages and return calls for consult patients.
• Watch schedule and booking times
• For return patients coming in after a year etc wanting a consult for other eye or ptg surgery after cataracts or Lasik, book as a new consult and not a general exam. No charge
• File and help pull carts as needed and keep all schedules evenly booked.
• Return all phone calls with in the 30 min mark or sooner.
• Coordinate schedule with front desk daily and with Executive Director of center
• Reminder calls for all consults the night before and the morning of.
• Day of consult no show call with in 15 min mark of appointment time to give directions or reschedule.
• Assist Optometrists with prescription refills fax forms/messages
• Help front desk as needed.
• Call reports for marketing to print for ED for review of call volume for stats.
• End of day confirm doors and alarm locked and loaded all lights shut off and A/C
• Print all reports for the week. - -
  • 2+ years Ophthalmology Experience or Healthcare Experience Preferred
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Desire to Provide an Exceptional Patient Experience
    • Bilingual: English & Spanish Required
