A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and
potential borrowers
Analyze customers' financial situations and provide appropriate
loan solutions
Accept multiple live, qualified inbound leads and manage multiple
loan files daily
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination
experience; call center environment preferred
Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
Ability to accurately structure and price loans
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
Current NMLS license
