Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1
(Retail).
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls,
addressing client needs and issues
Engage in active listening, confirm information, and provide
solutions to customer inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and advocate
for customers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Familiarity with business apps and software programs, including
Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
environment
Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues
