Key Responsibilities
Create new programs and processes based on organizational needs
Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that add
measurable value
Present strategies and processes to various levels of the
organization, including senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology,
Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
required
5+ years of related experience required
Preferred experience in human resources, talent management, or
organizational development
Experience in change management and project management is
preferred
Strategic planning experience is preferred
