Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Scheduler I -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming referrals and schedule appointments according to
established protocols
Engage patients in the scheduling process and maintain accurate
demographic and medical information
Coordinate with the clinic care team and respond to multi-channel
communications to ensure a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Five years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking
environment or a Bachelor's degree
Call center experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong keyboarding and computer skills
