A company is looking for a Design Systems Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Define and document operational processes, workflows, and rituals
for the Design System team
Implement and manage design system tools to streamline workflows
and improve efficiency
Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistent
application of the design system across all products
Required Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in design operations, program management,
or a related field focused on design systems
Proven experience defining and implementing operational processes
and workflows
Strong proficiency in design system tools such as Supernova,
Storybook, and Figma
Excellent understanding of design system principles and best
practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers
and engineers
