Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for external clients regarding product
requests and support
Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with Medicare
Part D functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist
with internal administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or formal training
beyond high school required
3-4 years of customer service and industry experience, preferably
in health plans or PBM
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience in a pharmacy support role is advantageous
Knowledge of Medicare Part D guidelines and benefit structures is
essential
