Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer transactions and foster strong relationships
through inbound calls
Educate and advise customers on insurance coverage options and
create quotes based on their needs
Meet monthly KPIs while recommending improvements to internal tools
and product experiences
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in
insurance
Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of
employment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Experience handling responsibilities with limited oversight
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
