Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow up and Denial Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting
third-party payors and patients
Document account actions and maintain productivity goals while
ensuring compliance with regulations
Assist with special projects and communicate findings to improve
account resolution processes
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in
business administration or accounting preferred
1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections
experience
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting
applications
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Intermediate understanding of insurance processes, including
Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid
