Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head Economist to lead economic
research and thought leadership in the housing market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the housing economics research team's agenda and
priorities
Produce and publish research using proprietary and public datasets
to identify housing market trends
Serve as a market expert and spokesperson on research findings and
economic trends through various media channels
Required Qualifications
PhD degree in economics, finance, statistics, or a related
field
10+ years of experience applying insights from big data to
real-world problems
Expertise in real estate markets, mortgage finance, and
macroeconomic trends
Strong background in econometrics and data science techniques is
preferred
Proven leadership experience managing analytical teams
