Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Organizer (Youth
Organizer).
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and support teams of Civic Service Fellows in
local high schools
Facilitate civic engagement and community actions led by high
school Fellows
Submit weekly Action Reports detailing time spent and activities
conducted
Required Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in community organizing or volunteer
mobilization
Experience engaging directly with youth (high school aged and
up)
Familiarity with digital systems for organizing and outreach
Understanding of social justice issues and civic responsibility
Alignment with the mission and values of youth empowerment
