Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic Template Specialist for the
Rapid Access Team.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with multidisciplinary teams to create and configure
workflows and software
Lead training and education initiatives for stakeholders and end
users
Identify and implement continuous process improvement projects to
enhance client performance and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a scheduling capacity or as a
practice manager
Epic Cadence Certification required within the first 90 days of
employment
Combination of post-secondary education and experience may
substitute for a degree
Experience with workflow analysis and design
Ability to lead teams and manage integrated issues
independently
